I wanted to draw Orochimaru young, and the only girl his age is Tsunade, so I figured I'd give it a shot. 
You never know, Orochimaru could have been like Sasuke - a Number 1 Rookie, and popular with the ladies. 
He looks like he's unsure of what to do in the situation tho.

loved the pic. i have this fanfiction where Orichimaru's daughter was Tayuya of the sound nin and she goes back in time to get more of Orichimaru's cells to revive him. she gets close to the past Orichimaru who takes a liking to her since she shares his ideals. tsunade gets jealous and thinks tayuya actually is controlling Orichimaru somehow and doesn't believe shikamaru who also came to the past that Orichimaru and tayuya are dangerous. I hope i can finish the fan fiction. I would definitely love to add this scene here. sort a playful thing between the two of them when tsunade feels he is paying too much attention to tayuya.
